AR.ON AIRCRAFT RECOVERY SYSTEM

The AR.ON System is a fast, convenient and safe methode, to elevate the ever-growing aircrafts with the existing lifting bags after an air accident. In terms of aircraft recovery the system is unique and it lifts up every required load.

The most aircrafts are considerably higher than the traditional lifting bags. As a rule wooden beams are used, to adjust the differences in height. But this wood construction is extremly unstable and it is dangerous for the rescue-team and the to be lifted aircraft.

Thanks to the AR.ON system the modular system can be built up fast, individual and formfitting under every aircraft.

THE STRUCTURE

Depending on the type of aircraft the AR.ON system can be build up in many different variations.

For every type of aircraft, the heights can be continuously adjusted by means of different supports with spindles from 1.50 to 4.60 m. Because of bracing-frames with quick-connectors the spindle-supports can be form-fit connected. The frames are installable from 0.60 to 1.90 m.

The aluminium-beams (1.50 to 5.40 m) are form-fit connected with the front-plate of the supports by using clamps. As soon the supports with the aluminium-beams are built up, the rescue-team can work safely under the wing and is protected against further settling.

After the assambly the system is a tight and form-fitting unit.

CONSTRUCTION EXAMPLES

These are just some examples of how to build up the system. Various constructions can be build up and connected by using further connecting-frames and supports. With a load bearing of 10 t of each single support, the capacity of the AR.ON System is quick and stable calculated.
